This is a private, single-user personal health application operated by and for one individual to view and manage their own health records. It accesses only the operator's own patient data, authorized by the operator through MyChart login via SMART-on-FHIR. No data is shared with any third party, sold, or used for any purpose beyond the operator's personal review of their own care. Data is retrieved on demand from the connected Epic FHIR endpoint; the operator can delete all stored data at any time and revoke access via MyChart.
